ITEM DETAILS:

Coir Mat – 100% Natural Coir (Coconut fibers). Vinyl backing for slip resistance.
Text – Flexible sealant that dries into a durable water resistant rubberized coating. Coated with a sealant that is both UV protectant and Water resistant, helps prevent fading (product will fade over time with normal wear and tear).

Enter text EXACTLY as you wish to see it appear as we will copy your personalization and paste it into our file in order to minimize errors on our end. A proof will be sent, if no response within 24 hours then we will assume it is correct and proceed with producing the product.
– No refunds or exchanges will be given unless there is a gross error on our part. Please message us with any questions about this before ordering.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
– Lift and gently shake the mat out, then vacuum/pick up particles. To prolong product life it is best to be kept in sheltered area.
– For optimal use – Place doormat in a dry place if possible (covered porch, hallway, garage). Place in area with lower foot traffic. Avoid direct sun/water exposure if possible.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
– Processing time is currently 5-7 days, the product needs time to dry/cure. Each product is custom made and is made AFTER the order is placed. We understand getting the item timely is important thus we try and get it done as soon as possible. If you have any concerns please contact us.
– Items are shipped using USPS Priority (1-3 days) or First Class (1-10 days) mail. Shipping times are in addition to processing time. If you would your order expedited, please message me before you order. I will accommodate whenever possible.
– Please note processing time is separate from shipping time, to determine final ETA please combine both processing plus shipping times.
